Great breakfast buffet, quiet.

Some cars were vanadalized in the parking lot on our last night there. May be some concerns about security for parking.

Stayed at a recently renovated room with modern furniture, comfortable bed and a great panoramic view. Location: the hotel was so close to the bar / restaurant, and Close to the Mall of America. The free parking was close to the venue, great service.

The rooms were great and the location was close to the freeway so it was easy to get around.

Hotel was fine, clean, very comfortable room. Check in-out very easy.

Didn't like that you have to pay for Internet use

We were woken up at 715 am by someone trying to get into our room, when we got up to see what was going on we found the front desk man walking away. We were on our honeymoon and did not think a staff member trying to get into our room was a very fun way to wake up. When we asked the front desk man why he had done that he stated he was checking to make sure our key worked. Very strange and inappropriate.

This Hilton was comfortable, clean, employees were friendly and the food was good.

The shuttle service was very helpful. Each driver was friendly. It was nice to just call and they were right there.

At check-in an extra $100 hold was put on our account. They checked into it when I brought it to their attention. I was told it was reversed, but today, 3 days later, it is still being held.

The Beautiful King Room was super comfy, and we loved the full-size toiletries provided! The indoor swimming pool and sauna were perfect. The only downside was that the restaurant prices felt a bit high, but we enjoyed our stay overall!

Excellent location for shopping: located very near to the Mall of America and the Galleria/Southdale shopping area. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and thoughtfully designed (e.g., comfy chair with a lamp for reading,). The executive lounge provided a substantial continental breakfast. The entire hotel appeared to be clean and well-maintained. There was plenty of parking available.

I liked everything about this hotel.

The shuttle service to and from Mall of America, airport and any businesses located 5 miles from hotel. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were also up-to-date and loved the shower.

There were no fridges in the rooms.

The room was spacious and super clean, providing comfortable bedding for a great night's sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Breakfast options were diverse and available early. Free parking was a nice bonus.
